The District operates an 11,000sqft event venue in the heart of Clearwater. Our massive banquet rooms are considered the best and most romantic indoor venues in the state and our walls have been family favorites for hundreds of events year round. Whether you are coming for a Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, Quinceañera, Celebration of Life or a Corporate Gathering, you’ll have an incredible experience at The District. We offer 5 different rooms that are perfect for hosting up to 200 guests with vows in our decadent white drapery room, then transport your guests to a new atmosphere for your reception. Nestled between Highway 19 and 66th Street our venue is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and offers over 200 parking spots for an easy arrival for your entire party! Let your eyes lust over our sparkling dark wood floors that will make any theme come to life!. Our venue was designed to have all of the amenities to make your celebration a breeze including full kitchen, state of the art sound systems, mobile bars, private suites, ample restrooms and even a full shower.
